You're invited into a safe space for a relaxing, non-invasive way to centre and re-tune your body into oneness. Guided by Katrina Noela, a specialized singer sound healer using channelled voice with crystal singing bowls.

This practice helps to establish all-round better health and wellness with a mind-body-spirit in harmony that can then function at an optimal level.

This time is for you to have time-out and Reconnect, Release & Rest your body, mind and nervous system and let the waves of vibrations do the work to help you process busy thoughts and challenges.

Every session is unique as Katrina intuitively hears and responds to the group's emotional and energetic environmental needs at the time.
