Incorporating interval training using both conditioning and strength tools to maximise efficiency. We ask that you are warmed up ready to go for the start of class
Intensity level is moderate to high. These classes cater for all fitness levels and are a great way to improve overall fitness, health and wellbeing.
A pre-exercise form must be completed prior to your first workout. Complete pre exercise form.
