Join us as we immerse ourselves in the tranquility of nature to embark on a guided forest bathing experience through Willow Tree Flat, in the Royal National Park, Sydney.

Forest bathing is an evidence based well-being practice originating from Japan, known as shinrin-yoku, and or forest therapy.

During this event you be will guided through the natural landscape to enhance your connection with the natural world.

As you wander through the picturesque landscape, you will have the opportunity to engage in mindfulness exercises, deep breathing techniques, and sensory awareness activities. Let the sights, sounds, and scents of the forest envelop you, providing a sense of calm and serenity.

Whether you're seeking stress relief, mental clarity, or simply a chance to unwind, this guided forest bathing experience is the perfect way to reconnect with nature and yourself. No prior experience is necessary, and all fitness levels are welcome.

This is a unique opportunity to experience the healing benefits of nature in the beautiful Royal National Park. Join us for The Carrington Walk, a guided Forest Bathing, and surrender to the therapeutic power of nature.

The Forest Bathing experience will conclude with light refreshments.
