Zumba Gold with Zarala

When

Mondays, 1pm to 2pm Monday 17 July to Monday 11 December Except Monday 25 September and Monday 2 October

Cost

Concession: $4.90Adult: $10.00

Classes are suitable for beginners, older adults or anyone who would like to join a slower paced, low impact dance party!

Get your heart rate up dancing to all the same rhythms from all over the world, without the impact on your body.

Just like in all of our classes – move your body however suits you! As we say, as long as you are sweating and smiling, that is all that matters. Zumba Gold will improve your balance, posture, coordination and mood.

Zarala Turrillas is from San Sebastian, Spain. She started doing ballet when she was 3 years old and then continued with different dance styles; jazz, contemporary, improvisation. She wanted her hobby to become her profession so she became a Zumba instructor and is delighted her work is her passion.

Everyone is welcome.

We aim to deliver inclusive and accessible events. If you have any particular access or communication needs please contact Amber Figura, Community Services Worker, on 9265 9179.

The St Helen's Community Centre is open Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 3:30pm. Pop in for a tea or coffee and a chat.
