Youth bootcamp fitness

Free bootcamp fitness classes for young people aged 12 to 18 years

Challenge the community, your friends and yourself.

A qualified personal trainer will be running bootcamp-style group fitness sessions.

Sessions are free and will incorporate a number of fun and interesting fitness challenges to help motivate participants.

Refreshments also provided.

Meet near the barbecues and playground on the western side of the park.



Thursdays, 3pm to 5pm
