If you’ve got questions about how social media can be used to promote your business, this is the virtual workshop that will give you the answers and strategies you need.

With all that’s happening in 2020 including changes to how we do business because of Covid-19, how we communicate and sell online is more important than ever.

About your event facilitators

The Doing Business Better series is facilitated by Wonder and Wander for the City of Sydney. Your expert facilitators for this session are Steve Pirie and Emma Lo Russo.

Emma Lo Russo is an international business leader, strategist, speaker and writer. She is CEO of Digivizer, Australia’s leading social web analytics and activations technology company, which she co-founded in 2010. Digivizer’s focus is on helping businesses know more about their customers through real time analysis and actioning real insights of their digital footprint. The company now employs over 60 people with current clients as varied as Lenovo, Intel, McWilliam’s, Barilla, Microsoft, Imalia and miRunners.

Steve is a passionate entrepreneur and pilot who spends time bringing ideas to life across different sectors. Steve has founded a number of successful companies - the key, he believes, is to be excited and motivated by change. Steve is a talented creative strategist who activates change and encourages people to think outside the square.

This is the second workshop event in a series of 5 focused on helping entrepreneurs and business owners to innovate and evolve as part of the Doing Business Better series. This workshop series fuses practical learning and inspirational content designed to leave attendees with strategies, tools and actionable ideas that add value to their business.

“Doing Business Better” refers to continuous improvement: innovating, upskilling and doing better by customers, workers and the environment. It also refers to connecting with those in the know and tapping into the latest data and insights to inform future decision making.

To assist our communities increase social distancing recommended by health authorities, we’ve made some changes to this event series. This event will be delivered virtually on Zoom and registered attendees will be provided a link to join the event via their computer. Book your ticket now.
