Come meet Paula. She teaches Hatha style yoga which incorporates holding poses.
The classes are great for core and lower back strengthening and is accessible to all ability levels.
All participants will need to complete the pre-exercise assessment form prior. Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and towel.
Visitors will be asked to sign in by scanning the Centre QR code with a smart phone camera, complete the form and show the submission confirmation message to staff at reception on each entry.
You will be required to comply with Covid-19 safety measures, these will be explained when you register.
