Svenja is trained in Hatha Yoga and combines her knowledge of over 15 years of practising, learning and teaching yoga.
The aim of the class is to provide a simple yet holistic practice that creates greater well-being. For most of us that means feeling calm and focused in our mind and flexible, strong and energetic in our body.
