This October, Oborozuki celebrates World Sake Day with an exclusive tasting experience available for a limited three-week period. From Wednesday, October 1st until Saturday, October 18th, guests are invited to indulge in our Rotating Premium Sake Flight: a journey through the flavours and traditions of Japan’s most prestigious sake breweries.

Each flight includes three 30ml pours from a featured brewery, carefully selected to showcase the elegance, depth, and diversity of Japanese sake. To elevate the experience, Head Chef Daeun Kang has created bespoke amuse-bouche pairings designed to highlight and enhance the unique character of every pour.

Expect a refined yet welcoming atmosphere, where sake enthusiasts and curious newcomers alike can discover the balance of heritage, innovation, and flavour that defines Japan’s national drink. With limited availability, this experience is the perfect way to honour World Sake Day at one of Sydney’s most elegant dining destinations.
