Wild Turkey brings a touch of the wilderness to city at Spirit of the Wild.
Wild Turkey is helping Aussies to reconnect with themselves and the real outdoors. The launch of a bespoke watering hole is inspired by the wilderness – Wild Turkey Spirit of the Wild.
Brought together by a group of authentic craftsman, Wild Turkey Spirit of the Wild will be a sanctuary for Aussies to escape the distractions of the city and enjoy real moments in the outdoors.
From a dimly lit entrance to an overgrown rooftop, Spirit of the Wild captures the spirit of keeping it real, immersing guests in the wilderness from the minute they arrive.
Hosted and curated by the team behind Old Mate’s Place, the experience will take guests on a sensory adventure in sight, smell, and taste.
Once they have made their way through the bush, guests will be seated around a fire-pit hand-crafted by renowned sculptor Dion Horstmans.
The menu, inspired by the rich, characterful flavour of Wild Turkey, has been curated by the team of free thinking chefs behind Continental Deli.
The 2-course menu will be served with a touch of nostalgia, reminiscent of meals around the camp fire.
Each dish will be served alongside specially curated Wild Turkey drinks and cocktails brought to life by Andres Walters and Daniel Noble. Cocktails will be carefully made with native ingredients and presented in different ways from hip flasks to hand carved bamboo cups.
The hidden oasis will be open every Tuesday to Saturday night for just 4 weeks. Wild Turkey will be keeping the location a secret, enticing adventurous Aussies to seek it out for themselves.
