We're working longer hours, under more pressure, and burning out at rates that are hard to ignore.

While the fixes on offer, from mindfulness apps to mental health days, help at the margins, what if part of the fix is something we're already doing every single day?

Hannah Kunst studies emotion regulation at work. Not how we manage our own feelings, but how we manage other people's. Her research shows this has profound consequences for wellbeing, relationships, and workplace culture. Small changes in how we show up for each other ripple a lot further than we'd expect.
