The Willoughby Arts Centre is back this Winter Holiday with a workshop for any creative calling.

We will cover all the basics of wheel throwing, wedging, centering, lifting and shaping, as well as the use of all the necessary tools involved. Different throwing techniques will be discussed and demonstrated, and some of the many possibilities of the potter's wheel will be explored, with a special emphasis on functional ware. This one day workshop will be held twice.

Please note the class focuses on technique. Students will not be firing works from the workshop. Contact the Office to take advantage of the members discount.
