A night of ethereal, dark, electro-pop, jazz and doom folk... all your bases are covered.
Beautifully complementary vocalists and writers WCB, Jac Beth and Lou Millar take you on a journey out of the mundane.
Award-winning artist WCB is Sydney's gothic prince - Dubbed “neo-soul” by music reviewers internationally, perfectly blends sultry R&B, electronica, and trip-hop into something fresh and distinct that is truly his own. His live show features floor to ceiling projection work to fully realise his vocal landscapes and pull you deep into a plush and stormy dreamworld.
Jac Beth is a Sydney born and based singer-songwriter-instrumentalist. They blend their love of jazz, folk and film music intuitively to create songs cathartic, raw and conversely intimate. Their forthcoming album “Mariposa” offers a texturally diverse, further developed union of these influences, to ultimately create a sense of kinship and belonging in a time of such omnipresent separation. Jac draws inspiration from their practices of poetry, drawing and magic.
Lou Millar is a Sydney-based singer-songwriter making doom folk. Binding acoustic elements, haunting vocalisations and layered instrumentation, Lou draws influences from the likes of Chelsea Wolfe, Emma Ruth Rundle and Beth Gibbons, amongst others, to evoke a ghost-like sonic landscape. 2021 saw the release of Lou's second full length album "affection"
