When

Every day, 10am to 2:30pm Thursday 20 January 2022 to Friday 21 January 2022

Albert Namatjira famously capture the Australian landscape in watercolours, while Monet dazzled us with his Impressionist reflections of his garden ponds in France.

Be inspired by these artists and learn how to paint real and imagined landscape scenes of water using inks and washes.

This workshop will help guide you through watercolour drawing and painting techniques. Learn dry and wet methods, mixing colours and applying washes to build layered images and complex artworks. Be guided by a series of activities inspired by animals and plants to explore these materials, and help you paint in an expressive and gestural manner.
