Watercolour painting: weekend workshop (beginner friendly!)

Using a simple palette of six colours and large watercolour brushes Susie Murphy will teach you how to create watercolour paintings with confidence - all the while having lots of fun!

You will learn to control tone, mix colours with subtlety and apply paint so it always looks beautiful and transparent. Susie will also cover the basics of effective drawing - the basis of all great paintings.

Exploring a variety of subjects including still life, landscapes and flowers, Susie will address common mistakes made in watercolour painting and how to avoid or fix them.
