Movement is vital to your wellbeing, stimulating your brain and circulating nutrients for all cellular processes. These awareness through movement workshops on the first Sunday of the month are about finding flow in how you move to ‘walk your way to wellness’!
We explore how movement can be supported and connected throughout your whole body, to prevent strain by improving your posture, balance and co-ordination.
It’s mindfulness applied to moving in a playful way!
