Veggie Table is a sustainable 3-course supper club series focused on celebrating delicious, nutritious, and plant-based foods.
Our innovative menus are crafted with a focus on minimal waste, aiming to leave as little carbon foodprint as possible. We give life to unloved ingredients and use local, seasonal, and organic produce where possible to create nourishing dishes that everyone can enjoy. Further, we attempt to re-purpose or compost all food and materials used on the night.
Our supper clubs exist not only to demonstrate how delicious a plant-focused diet can be but also to empower guests with the knowledge on how to minimise their own food waste!
Through our events, we aspire to connect like-minded individuals and encourage more positive conversations around the dinner table. Further, a portion of ticket sales will be donated to OzHarvest. There’s nothing better than enjoying a meal whilst knowing you’re helping to have a positive impact on the planet!
To maintain compliance with government restrictions, a QR code will be used on the night of the event for guests to check-in and check-out. Posters and signage will also be put up in the venue to remind of social distancing, and hand sanitiser will be provided. Tickets will also be released for the number of attendees that can be seated in the premises abiding by the one customer per 2 square meter rule. Veggie Table will also ensure that the venue our event is being hosted at is a registered COVID Safe business with a COVID Safe Plan.
