Savour a variety of carefully-crafted dishes which showcase bold flavour profiles and fresh produce, designed by Head Chef Francesco Mannelli. From a rich and creamy saffron risotto with wild Yamba prawns and stracciatella to a refined Fraser Island spanner crab tart with edamame & smoked Yarra Valley caviar, treat your palette to a truly memorable experience.

End the night on a sweet note by sharing a rich tempered chocolate and raspberry parfait heart with your loved one, personalised with your names by our talented pastry chef.
