The Quartier Bistro and Bar, a newly launched French restaurant located at the Quay West Suites Sydney, will be celebrating Valentine’s Day by offering couples a special 3-course set menu.
Tucked away from the busy city streets, The Quartier is the hotel’s first signature restaurant, which opened late last year. Boasting gourmet French inspired cuisine, the restaurant is the culinary vision of Chef Matteo Bisori, formerly of the M Gallery Harbour Rock Hotel.
Those looking to impress their Valentine this year can sample the delicious Valentine’s Day set menu. Proffering a choice of Scallop tartare with orange, mint and Avruga caviar, or Crab and avocado salad with Poblano Veloute – the perfect fresh start for these summer nights! For mains, guests can enjoy succulent lamb cutlets with peas and carrot Veloute and baby vegetables or pan-fried snapper with capsicum sauce and baby prawns.
For a sweet finish, dessert options include a Crème Brûlée on fire or a rich Valrhona chocolate torte with vanilla bean glacè and bruised berries.
