Perched high above the city – in the sunshine for lunch, or surrounded by stars and city lights – celebrate with your lover or loved ones with a menu created by Culinary Director Joel Bickford and Head Chef Jarrod Walsh, centred around a stunning lobster course paired with a glass of Chablis.
Head Sommelier Eduardo Fritis-Lamora has also curated a special by-the-glass menu of rare and unique Chablis growers.
Reservations are available for lunch and dinner.
