You and your Valentine will start off with a complimentary glass of Champagne Taittinger Cuvée Prestige before indulging in a progressive eight-dish New Orleans, Louisiana inspired culinary experience.
If you can’t get enough of our smoked meats and seafood focussed delicacies, you can add an optional BBQ Shellfish Platter including Half Shell Scallops with Lemon Curd, Moreton Bay Bug with Sweetcorn Custard, and Large Yamba Bay Prawns with Creole Butter on top.
Vegetarian alternatives will be available on the day. The Valentine’s Day menu will be the only menu available for lunch and dinner on Sunday 14th February. Advance bookings are essential.
