This Blak Markets features Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stallholders in Sydney for the first National Indigenous Bushfood Symposium.
Twilight Blak Markets is the place to buy authentic products, bushfoods, jewellery and gifts, knowing that 100% of the profits go back into communities.
Bush herbs, game meat, health bars, and desserts will be on sale, as well as delicious hot food from the NCIE Kitchen. Cooking demonstrations will showcase Indigenous ingredients and flavours.
The legendary Johnny Nicol will provide some cool evening jazz. Jannawi Dance Clan will present dance, song and stories. The event will start with a smoking ceremony from Uncle Graham King.
