Try an e-bike, for free, and experience how it can change the way you get around the city. Join us in Joynton Park, Zetland, and borrow an e-bike for a ride around the local area.

Our experienced cycling guides will be on hand to show you all the local cycleways. You can even join a free guided ride using separated cycleways to Centennial Park, Bourke Street and Central Station.

Guided rides take around 40 minutes, and the routes and departure times are listed below. Bookings are not required:

  • 10.00am Green Square-Centennial Park

  • 11.00am Green Square-Prince Alfred Park, Central

  • 12.00pm Green Square-Bourke Street, Taylor Square

  • 1.00pm Green Square-Centennial Park

  • 2.00pm Green Square-Prince Alfred Park, Central

  • 3.00pm Green Square- Bourke Street, Taylor Square

There'll be free coffee, garden games (like giant Jenga!) for the whole family, as well as a free bike tune-up service too.

If you'd like to borrow an e-bike, please note:

  • Photo ID is required.

  • You must be 16 years or over to borrow an e-bike.

  • Helmets are provided.
