Explore the rich artistic heritage of Puglia as Steven Miller guides you through its diverse history of art and culture; from the highly decorative Leccese baroque style which dominated art and architecture from the 16th to 18th centuries, to celebrated Greek Apulian vase paintings and the vibrant contemporary art scene in the coastal capital Bari.
Greeks, Romans, Byzantines, Normans, Swabians, French and Spaniards have all shaped the art and culture of Puglia, one of the most fascinating and beautiful provinces of southern Italy.
Steven Miller is the former head of the Edmond and Joanna Capon Research Library and National Art Archive at the Art Gallery of New South Wales.
Miller will be leading the World Art Tour Puglia and Southern Italy in May 2026.
