You do not need to be artistic to participate. All you need is an open mind and curiosity.

Cost:

$35 per person (plus transaction fee) this includes art supplies. I recommend bringing your own journal if you wish for your own reflections. You will be able to take home your art as well.

Kimberly Hetherington is a transpersonal art therapist, meditation facilitator and writer based in Sydney, Australia. She is a mental health advocate and passionate about supporting people in finding belonging.
