Friday 24 June from 6pm to 8pm
Connect with your senses as you use clay to create 3D slab constructed forms in this workshop, inspired by Mason Kimber's work in the MCA Collection: Perspectives on place exhibition.
Work in a relief/aerial style and use plaster casts to press natural and architectural textures onto your clay as artist Ebony Russell guides you through the ceramic making process.
Learn how to make these plaster casts for your own practice and take home your final pieces to fire later or disassemble for future clay making.
