Partnering with Torbreck wines, O Bar and Dining is hosting a limited series of three ‘Torbreck x Truffle’ dinners on Tuesday 28 June, Tuesday 5 July and Tuesday 12 July.
Join us in celebrating the return of truffle season and be treated to a specially curated five course menu expertly matched with our favourite Torbreck vintages.
You’re invited to join us as we collaborate, curate and celebrate these exceptional wines paired with a decadent truffle menu.
Your evening will begin in our luxurious private bar where you will be served champagne and arrival canapés, followed by a 5 course tasting menu showcasing a selection of WA, Tasmanian and NSW truffles, delectable local seafood, Tinder Creek duck and premium wagyu beef.
Torbreck sommelier, James Young, will be taking our palettes on a journey as we learn about each pairing and its characteristics.
