This digital workshop offers approaches to acting and safely embodying character with a focus on the physical self, mindfulness and healthy boundaries.
During the workshop you will be introduced to:
yoga and physicality as a tool for stepping into character,
the process of mindful adoption of character,
elements of imagination and creativity for wellbeing,
the role of physicality and internal balance for characterisation
