The Rodric White Quartet ft. Ralph Pyl

Pianist / music arranger Rodric White presents an all-star band performing the music of legendary jazz musicians Herbie Hancock, Miles Davis, John Coltrane and Wayne Shorter.

Enjoy an evening of quintessential music recorded / composed by Miles, Herbie, Trane and Wayne. This performance will showcase Rodric White’s original band arrangements, charting important turning points in the history of Modern Jazz from the 1950s to the 1990s.

Rodric is delighted to perform again with trumpeter Ralph Pyl (Sydney All-Star Big Band / Back To Back), saxophonist Craig Walters (Swing City Big Band), trombonist / trumpeter Danny Carmichael (Danny Carmichael Big Band), bass player Stan Valacos (Date Brothers / Sancha and the Blue Gypsies), drummer Steve Ley (Jeff Duff) and special guest, singer Virna Sanzone  (Sean Wayland / Dale Barlow).
