The Nano Symphony

Taking audiences on an immersive, sonic journey to faraway places of lost feelings and found memories, which is Nano’s signature psychedelic-classical experience. Weaving live string and wind instruments together with piano and expressive electronics. Their sound has been likened to Joep Beving, Max Richter and Kiasmos.

On the verge of releasing their first LP album of all-original compositions, past collaborations include “HIVE” which was composed for Nano by Peggy Polias and subsequently released through boutique label Kammerklang. The Nano Symphony performed “HIVE” in its entirety at City Recital Hall (Sydney) as part of the venue’s own micro-festival ‘Extended Play’.

The Nano Symphony accompanied Dutch pianist Joep Beving live in the Sydney Opera House for two sold-out shows. They also joined Luke Howard, Peter Gregson, Sibeal (Ireland) and Double Touch on stage at the inaugural ZoneOut Festival, performed in the 2023 Newcastle Music Festival, as well as with Halsey and Yungblud for their massively popular Triple-J _Like A Version _performance of Death Cab For Cutie’s ‘I Will Follow You Into The Dark’.

They will be joined on stage by collaborator and producer Jack Garzonio.
