“At Courtesy of the Artist, we understand the significance of a treasured object. We’ve created a new platform to connect collectors with artists and in doing so creating a lasting impression that will heighten the retail experience. With each month we will thematically curate The Loft Market to keep the experience both fresh and dynamic.” — Cesar Cueva, Creative Director.
The Loft Market is set in the stunning 200 square metre Courtesy of the Artist Loft in Sydney’s historic Strand Arcade. The market is a retail concept combining a dynamic curatorial approach with quality, craftsmanship, provenance, value and experience at its core.
This innovative retail concept is a one-stop emporium dedicated to supporting and promoting independent Australian fashion, jewellery and accessory design, ceramic and object design, photography and art.
We have curated a selection of consciously crafted products with meaning. Give a little more this Christmas by not only supporting small Australian businesses, but also products that have been mindfully produced with sustainability in mind, as well as enriching various communities around the world.
Pass a Ball for example, is a great initiative started in Melbourne in 2015 by Sam Davy and Tara Montoneri. For every soccer ball purchased, a ball, together with the benefits of soccer, goes to a child in need.
Curated gift boxes
This Christmas, we have selected bespoke artisanal Australian products to curate the ultimate luxury gift box.
These boxes will be beautifully gift-wrapped, and each one will be uniquely embellished using Australian native flora. They will be available at different pricing points and styles. Clients are also able to create their own gift box using the premium selection of designer and artisanal products.
