This month we’re celebrating the launch of Disney’s The Nutcracker and the Four Realms with a special one-off class where you can build and decorate our limited edition cake for Christmas.
This mixed spice sponge cake is layered with cinnamon and orange cream cheese frosting, poached raspberry confit and fresh raspberries, topped with ginger buttercream and rosemary spruce trees and your very own Nutcracker ornament to hang on the tree.

Sharing tips in preparing and layering a 4-layer cake, using different icing finishes and piping techniques, and adding the perfect (and delicious) decorative touches to finish.
