The Ekologi Store - a stylish sustainability shop for all things reusable, plastic free, natural, and zero waste opens its doors at 10.00am on Saturday 17th October 2020 at 59A Erskineville Road, Erskineville.

Join us for opening week (Sat 17th Oct - Fri 23rd Oct) to enjoy 10% off purchases in-store and online, plus opening week giveaways including your chance to win an Ekologi Store Gift Box worth $250.

Owners Katherine Hynes, Natanya Shearer-Stanton and Anna Nettheim have been operating The Ekologi Store as an online business from their homes in Sydney’s Inner West since late 2018.

The brand has also appeared at environmental events such as the Sustainability Hub at Newtown Festival, Footprints Eco Festival Annandale, Wanderlust Yoga Festival Centennial Park, Orange Grove Market Lilyfield, Erskineville Village Market, and Bondi Beach Markets.

The Ekologi Store at Erskineville is carefully styled to showcase products and gifts that reduce waste in all areas of your life e.g Kitchen, Bathroom, Outdoors, and when you’re ‘Out and About’ or Shopping. You'll find beeswax wraps, natural cleaning brushes, shampoo and conditioner bars, handmade beauty products, and reusable produce bags. With a strong emphasis on good design, look out for their range of linen tote bags and linen bread and bento bags. The store endeavours to source products that are designed and made by local makers and small businesses in Australia who follow sustainable practises. Most products are reusable, recyclable, biodegradable and/or home compostable at ‘end of life’. There’s even a section called ‘Urban Finds’ offering quality vintage homewares to encourage customers to ‘reuse’.

The owners hope the location will become an Inner West ‘eco hub’, connecting with local organisations and individuals to offer sustainability workshops, talks, and events.

The Ekologi Store is a registered COVIDsafe business.
