The art of kombucha making

Learn the art of making delicious kombucha

Kombucha is an increasingly worldwide popular fermented health drink. Originating in China, for thousands of years it has been used as a health tonic and was traditionally passed to the next generation as part of the community’s culture. Join Gillian Kozicki, the founder of Cultured Artisans, to learn about how to make this delicious and healthy drink for all the family to enjoy.

Gillian is a passionate educator and empowers people to engage in their wellness journey. She combines her love of home prepared whole foods that support good health with wellbeing. Gillian will reconnect and revive the art of fermenting, exploring the benefits and practicalities of making and maintaining kombucha at home using some natural ingredients from our very own gardens!

What you’ll get:

  • Jar of Kombucha and SCOBI to take home and nourish.
  • Step by step instructions and hands-on experience of fermenting.
  • Taste testing of a variety of blends.
  • Informative handouts to take away with you.
