Boom! International Festival of Percussion presents acclaimed drummer Simon Barker.

Simon considers the transition from being in mentorships to developing a self-guided creative practice.

He will explore personal experiences associated with synthesising principles of barefoot running with drumming fundamentals, as well as rhythmic ideas guiding materials that Simon has been generating over the past five years that he calls ‘rhythmic coils’.
