Tea and food pairing workshop

A decadent pairing experience of naturally farmed loose leaf tea and food.

Tea and food pairing is an adventure of flavors. An experience to be remembered.

A journey of food traditions around the world. An experience of textures and flavors.

It will explore the ways to pair tea within and alongside food.

Each natural farming teas (white, green, Wolong and black) from different regions of the world will be paired with food to either highlight or tease, contrast or balance flavors.

Liliana Algorry, certified tea sommelier​ and tea blender will run the workshop.
