Taster jewellery : gift making for the festive season

When

Saturday 2 December from 10am to 1pm

Cost

General: $50

Use roller-printing techniques to craft custom silver earrings, a pendant, key ring or ornament for the holiday season.

Roller-printing involves pressing any textured material such as lace, embossed paper or leaves into a metal’s surface. The metal and material are then rolled through a rolling mill. Students will then cut out the metal into their desired shape and file and sand to finish their pieces.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a custom silver jewellery gift whilst learning basic jewellery making skills.
