As the sun sets over Sydney, embark on a twilight taste journey paired with breathtaking sights of Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge in a golden glow.
Across three tempting tiers, you’ll savour signature savoury bites including tempura octopus with curry glaze and citrus and chicken empanada with pomegranate salsa.
As the sweetest finale, enjoy delightful desserts such as a chestnut chocolate bite with Macaé mousse or a caramelised apple tart with almond frangipane, ginger crème fraiche and wattle seed sable.

Taste of Twilight is available from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM from Monday to Sunday.
Priced at AUD 85 per person from Monday – Friday, with an additional AUD 40 per person for cocktail pairing. Weekday window table minimum spend priced at AUD 95 per person.
Priced at AUD 105 per person from Saturday – Sunday, with an additional AUD 40 per person for cocktail pairing. Weekend window table minimum spend priced at AUD 140 per person.
