Josef Chromy wine dinner

To coincide with Good Food Month, Mode Kitchen & Bar are hosting an exclusive dinner showcasing some of Tasmania’s best produce with a four-course special menu matched with wines from the award-winning Josef Chromy Winery.

Guests will be taken on a culinary journey of taste and exploration across the evening with dishes ranging from Tasmanian Oysters with ponzu and shallot vinaigrette to Risotto Acquerello, leeks, ocean trout & burnt onion, matched to the perfect award-winning Josef Chromy Wines.

Inspired by Head Chef Francesco Mannelli’s recent visit to Tasmania, the finale dish is one not to be missed; a Tasmanian Whisky baba with lavender Chantilly, matched with a Botrytis Riesling (2017).

Throughout the course of the night, guests will be delighted to a guest talk by Jeremy Dineen, Chief Winemaker and General Manager of Josef Chromy wines.
