Event followed by ongoing sessions on Thursdays at Redfern Town Hall from 7–8.30pm
The slow meditative moves of tai chi offer a life-long path for health and well-being, suitable for all ages and health conditions.
The public is invited to try some tai chi at a free Open House event on Thursday 10 September from 7–8pm, hosted by the Taoist Tai Chi Society of Australia, a volunteer, non-profit and charitable organisation.
Come and meet instructors, learn about the health benefits and experience a few tai chi moves for yourself. This is an ideal way for brand new beginners to get a feeling for tai chi. After the free Open House, participants can join ongoing weekly sessions.
Sessions are hosted by the Taoist Tai Chi Society of Australia, a volunteer, non-profit and charitable organisation. You are welcome to join anytime.
