The slow meditative moves of tai chi offer a life-long path for health and well-being, suitable for all ages and health conditions.

Sessions are hosted by the Taoist Tai Chi Society of Australia, a volunteer, non-profit and charitable organisation. You are welcome to join anytime and the first session is obligation free.

Benefits of the Taoist Tai Chi® movements include improved body awareness, balance, strength, posture, flexibility and circulation. Tai chi helps relieve stress, back pain and many other health problems.

The Taoist Tai Chi Society was founded by Master Moy Lin Shin, a Taoist monk originally from China. The organisation has over 50 years’ experience in making tai chi available in 25 countries around the world.

Sessions are also held on Thursday nights at Redfern Town Hall from 7 - 8:30pm. See the Taoist Tai Chi website for further information.
