Intergradation is an exhibition of jogakbo (traditional Korean patchwork) of Sydney-based artist Taerim Claire Jeon. The work symbolises Claire’s efforts to adapt to Australian society while still strongly identifying with her Korean heritage. This exhibition is presented with the Korean Cultural Centre Australia.
Object Space is located in the window of the Australian Design Centre. The exhibition space has direct street frontage, is accessible to view 24 hours a day and is lit for viewing at night.
As part of this exhibition, Claire will host jogakbo technique and Yeomsaek dyeing workshops.
