The Sydney Teapot Show has returned to Newtown. Eccentric, extraordinary, inventive and amusing teapots feature in the competition and exhibition.

All teapots are hand made ceramics by potters from around Australia. They compete in categories such as Nonsense Poetry, Top of the Pops, Australian Archaeology Teapot, and Pour – a perfectly practical Teapot. The Supreme Teapot – Best in Show – is selected from across the range of entries and visitors can vote for their favourite Teapot in The People's Choice.

This is the 31st Sydney Teapot Show and is part of Sydney Craft Week, an initiative of the Australian Design Centre.
