Sydney Policy Lab - Annual Lecture - Bernadette Black AM

When
  • Thursday 19 March from 10am to 7:30pm

The earliest days of a child’s life shape everything that follows. When families are supported early, children thrive. When they’re not, the consequences can last a lifetime.

At the Sydney Policy Lab’s 2026 Annual Lecture, Bernadette Black (CEO, SEED Futures) will outline a bold national reform to put primary prevention at the centre of public policy - including the creation of a National Primary Prevention Office to protect long-term strategy from short-term political cycles and ensure prevention is designed, funded and governed with real authority.

If prevention is better than cure, isn't it time we build the structures to prove it?

Join us for this important conversation.

Date: Thursday 19 March

Time: 6:30–7:30 pm
