The tour requires a basic level of fitness.  The pace of the walking tour is relaxed. Over three hours we walk approx. 4 kilometres (2.5 miles).  There are two or three opportunities to sit down during the tour, but guests need to be able to stand for periods of time.

There are toilets along the route.
