To celebrate the Summer of 69, Chiswick Woollahra's head chef Francois Poulard has put together a 4-course menu which highlights the best of summer ingredients, including Chiswick lemon myrtle, King prawns and sweet mango and passionfruit.
Chiswick at the Gallery's head chef Tim Brindley is celebrating summer with some of the best ingredients beginning with P - peaches, pomelo and peas! Take advantage of our special "Summer of 69" menu throughout January and February.
