Steve Kilbey was born in England and migrated to Australia at age 3 as a 10-pound Pom. After many musical adventures, he formed the Church in 1980 in Sydney, which has since gone on to sell millions of records and constantly tour all over the world for the last 42 years.

He has made over 60 records and written books blogs and newspaper articles as well as being a painter and actor.

His show at the Foundry will be all the Church singles from 1980 to 1992, acoustic and intimate. A favourite part of the show is his many reminiscences and anecdotes concerning the people places and events that were part of his world back then. In other words, get ready to laugh and get all nostalgic as he cast new light on all those hits from your youth!
