Staying fit at home is a challenge for many women, isn’t it? Our brilliant Personal Coach Tina Kaur has designed a simple routine for us to do at home, without any specific equipment. We will practice the workout routine together in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The session will be followed by Q&A with Tina.
All participants will be offered a FREE 7-days workout program.
This women-only event is organized by Not-for-Profit Key Into Australia, a support network for women who have moved from overseas to start a new life in Australia. We connect women who are more-or-less new here to meet, befriend and support each other. This session is generously sponsored by the City of Sydney.

Tina Kaur is a Sydney based personal trainer who has developed a holistic program which focuses on health, fitness, skill and longevity. She complements her personal training sessions with weekly personalized training programs, nutrition coaching, mindset sessions and a personalized nutrition database.
