Sophie's talk will help you to create your own personal wellness and self-care strategy using the 5 Elements framework.
You'll learn about the different types of energy that we each have and use throughout our day and learn how to manage them all so that you always have an overflowing cup. Take notes to jot down your ideas as they come to you during the talk and reflect back on them later on. There is also the opportunity for a question and answer at the end.
Bio of Sophie Robinson - Psychotherapist, counsellor, mentor, coach and author:
Sophie’s mission is about blending spirituality with evidence-based psychological treatments and understanding to create an integrative balance of wellness, unique to everyone. She believes in life-long learning and personal development within all aspects of a person’s life to live authentically, with more balance and love. Sophie works as a registered psychotherapist and counsellor, offering services in-person and worldwide online.
She also works as a life coach and Usui reiki practitioner and has been intentionally spiritual and practicing magic since 2002. Sophie started her work in the mental health field in 2012 by volunteering at a domestic abuse shelter, which led her on a path to complete a master’s in forensic psychology and eventually train further as a counsellor. Private practice has allowed her the freedom to work holistically with each client and look at their whole world, tailoring each session to best meet their individual needs.
