Sound Bath: Deep Rest & Inner Peace - January Session

When

Wednesday 21 January from 6:30pm to 8pm

Cost

Starting from: $45

Come as you are. Leave lighter, calmer, and deeply relaxed.

Join us in Crows Nest for a restorative live sound bath led by experienced sound healer Natalie Grace.

Immerse yourself in the soothing tones of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, voice, and more — supported by gentle guided meditation and breathwork designed to calm the mind and balance your energy.

In the middle of life’s noise and pace, this is your invitation to pause and breathe. Through sound, stillness, and mindful rest, you’ll:

  • Release built-up physical tension and shift your body from stress into calm.

  • Boost your emotional wellbeing.

  • Reconnect with a deep sense of inner peace and clarity.

Enjoy a high-quality, professional wellness experience guided by an accredited sound therapist.

What to expect:

  • A soothing guided meditation and breathwork sequence to help you settle into the space.

  • A deeply relaxing live sound journey using singing bowls, gongs, chimes, voice, and percussion.

  • Gentle grounding time at the end—with some dark chocolate to ease your return to the outside world.

  • Please bring: a yoga mat, pillow or cushion, and a cosy blanket for comfort.

  • Don’t have the gear or travelling light? Mat, pillow, and blanket hire available for a small fee (limited numbers).

About your practitioner:

Natalie Grace is a certified sound therapist, meditation teacher, musician, and intuitive energy healer with years of experience facilitating both group and private sessions. Her professional yet heart-centred approach creates a safe, nurturing space for deep rest and reconnection.
